Biz Bldrr / West Texas

I grew up inside a family of business owners. I watched what the schedule did to them. Biz Bldrr is the fix.

A chiropractic clinic. A tortilla factory. A tamale factory. A restaurant. Four operating businesses across two states. The work was good. The hours were brutal.

Who is Biz Bldrr?

Biz Bldrr is a small business website and automation studio run by Jesse Leal, based in Lubbock, TX, operating under Behr Enterprises LLC. The brand exists to hand small business owners their time back. We build the online presence and the workflow automation that owners typically don't have the bandwidth to handle themselves.

Primary service area: Lubbock, Muleshoe, Dallas, and Clovis NM. Remote-friendly anywhere in the US.

Why this exists — Jesse's story

I grew up inside a family of business owners. A chiropractic clinic. A tortilla factory. A tamale factory. A restaurant. Four operating businesses across two states, all run by people I'm related to and most of them within driving distance of where I'm writing this from.

The work was good. The hours were brutal.

My dad ran the tortilla factory. I watched what the schedule did to him. My uncle ran the restaurant. Same story. My cousin runs the tamale factory now. Same story, different decade. My brother Eli opened his chiropractic practice and the back office almost ate him before he hired the right help.

The pattern is the same every time. The business gets built. Then the business starts running the owner. Saturdays disappear into paperwork. Evenings disappear into follow-ups nobody trained you for. Whole seasons get handed back to the company without much coming the other way. The thing you built to give you a life starts taking one.

I started Biz Bldrr because I'm tired of watching it happen. Most owners don't need a prettier website. They need fewer hours stolen from them. The website is the front door. The automation underneath it is the part nobody ships them, and the part that actually changes the week.

Get the business you built. Get the weekends too. That's what I'm here to do.

What we believe small business technology should do

Most small-business tech is built to charge a subscription and add work. We think it should be the opposite.

Remove tasks, not add them

Software should remove tasks from the owner's calendar, not add new ones. A site should bring in business, not need to be redesigned every 18 months. An automation should run quietly in the background until someone needs to look at it.

Real property, not a rental

The site is a real piece of property. The owner keeps the repo. The automation runs on tools we trust — Astro, Vercel, Airtable, Twilio, n8n, Notion. Modern, well-supported, not locked to us.

Measurable change

Nothing ships unless the owner can describe what changed in their week because of it. Real builds, real businesses.

What we actually build

Two pillars, every build.

  • The online presence. Modern websites built on Astro and shipped to Vercel. Real domains, real forms, real SEO. Schema markup so search engines and AI search both surface the business correctly.
  • The automation underneath it. Lead routing through Airtable. SMS follow-up through Twilio. Custom workflow tools — timesheet apps, scheduling, invoicing automation, GBP performance reporting — scoped to the specific business. n8n and Notion fill in around the edges.

Three flat-priced tiers — Launch Pad, Full Presence, Built + Running. Pricing is public. Three ways to work together.

Where we work

Biz Bldrr is built out of Lubbock, Texas. The primary service radius covers small business owners across West Texas — Muleshoe, Lubbock, the wider region — plus Dallas, Texas, and Clovis, New Mexico, where most of the Leal family operations run.

The Phase 2 outreach pipeline opens the door to anywhere a small business owner needs us, served remotely. The work is the same in either case. The SMS reply still hits fast.

The team behind Behr Enterprises

Behr Enterprises LLC is the parent company. It owns and operates SwingSpot, Lighthaus Studio, Hub City Detail, Lens and Light, and Biz Bldrr. It builds for Leal Family Chiropractic, Hub City Chiro, Leal's Tortilla Factory, and a handful of client and rank-and-rent properties. Same builder behind all of it. Same standards.

That matters because the portfolio is not theoretical. Every project on the portfolio page is a live business with revenue, customers, and an automation stack running quietly in the background. The work you'd hire us to build is the same work we've shipped for our own brands first.
