Work
Twelve live sites. Six industries. Same builder shipped every one.
Each project below is a live small business — site shipped, automation wired, revenue running through it. No fabricated case studies. No stock screenshots.
Every brand here is a real business — not a mockup
Each project below is a live small business that Biz Bldrr (operating under Behr Enterprises LLC) has built and launched, along with the automation we shipped alongside it. No fabricated case studies. No stock screenshots. Just the work, what we built, and what's running behind it.
These are the businesses where the owner stopped being the back office. Most agencies show you logos of past clients. We show you brands the same operator built and still runs. You can click through, look at the live site, watch the form fire, check the page speed. If the work doesn't hold up under that test, it shouldn't be on the page.
A quick note on the builder behind this work before you scroll — same operator, same standards across every brand below.
Portfolio projects
SwingSpot — Indoor golf, Clovis NM
A premium indoor golf operation with two TrackMan iO commercial bays. Bold brand, energetic motion, dark surfaces with electric accents, built to convert military, corporate event, and date-night audiences. We shipped the site and the booking flow underneath it — bay reservations, calendar sync, automated reminders, post-visit follow-up SMS.
Full Presence + booking automation Visit the live siteLighthaus Studio — Real estate media, West Texas
Natalie runs Lighthaus — real estate photo, Airbnb media, drone, and video. The portfolio is the brand, so the imagery does the talking on the site. Underneath, we built the lead-gen pipeline that's quietly bigger than the website: a Zillow scraper plus enrichment plus an outreach sequence that reaches West Texas realtors automatically.
Built + Running — outreach automation Visit the live siteDOT Physical Network — Occupational health, six cities
Commercial drivers need a DOT physical every two years, and finding one nearby is harder than it should be. We built one site, then built it five more times: Austin, Muleshoe, Dallas, Kansas City, Laredo, and Los Angeles. Same Astro codebase, same lead pipeline, different city and different clinic behind each one. Two carry a working examiner today. The other four are live and building rankings while we line up the provider for each market.
Full Presence — six-city network Visit the live siteLeal Family Chiropractic — Family practice, West Texas
Dr. Eli Leal's clinic. Spinal adjustments, traction, decompression, vibration plate therapy. Warm, professional, educational without being clinical — the work has to feel like Eli, because the patients already know him. We built the site as the front door for the practice and laid the foundation for the patient-intake automation phase.
Full Presence Visit the live siteLeal's Tortilla Factory — Family food brand
A family business making tortillas for three generations. The site carries the family story, the food, and the order inquiry form for restaurants and grocers. Built warm, photography-led, mobile-first. Order inquiries route into Airtable and ping the family directly — no missed messages, no orders lost in a Facebook inbox.
Launch Pad + inquiry routing Visit the live siteATX Attorneys — Legal, Austin TX
Austin TX legal practice covering personal injury and immigration. The site is built bilingual — English and Spanish served from the same build without crowding either audience. It also runs as a legal rank-and-rent surface: leads in personal injury and immigration both route in through a clean intake flow and land in Airtable for routing to local counsel.
Full Presence + bilingual rank-and-rent Visit the live siteLeal's Tamale Factory — Family food brand
A family tamale business across two generations. Built warm, food-led, with the family story carried through every section. Wholesale and retail inquiry both route into Airtable — no order gets lost in a text thread or a DM. Sister brand to the Tortilla Factory, same hands behind it, same voice on the page.
Launch Pad + inquiry routing Visit the live siteWhat every one of these builds has in common
Different industries. Different sizes. Same shape underneath. Every one of these started with an owner who was holding too many manual tasks in their head — bookings, follow-ups, paper timesheets, lost order inquiries, missed calls. The website was the visible problem. The operations layer was the bigger one, and the one we built to last.
Every brand on this page is still running on what we shipped. The site you'd see if you visited any of them today is the same Astro build we deployed. The automation behind it is the same n8n, Airtable, and Twilio stack we wired in. We don't ship and walk away. Owners on the monthly plan have the upkeep built into what they already pay; owners who bought outright can keep us on a care plan, and most do. Either way the automations keep running and the tweaks keep getting made when the business changes.

Every one of these started with the same 20-minute call. The owner told us what was draining their time. We built the site and the automation that took the work off their plate.
